Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Client & Caregiver Intake

  • Manage high-volume incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new client and caregiver inquiries
  • Collect required documentation including identification, certifications, and onboarding forms

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Process background checks and verify employment eligibility
  • Request and track required signatures and documentation
  • Review and audit files to ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies

Data Management

  • Create and maintain client and caregiver profiles within the agency’s software system
  • Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date
