We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our growing pediatric care organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate intake of patient information to support high-quality care delivery. This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, TX, with the majority of the workday focused on data entry and system navigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and maintain patient referral and demographic information within the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Review intake documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance requirements
