This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and effectively managing client relationships. Through proactive communication with potential and existing clients you will grow the agencys book of business, ensuring client needs are met with the highest standards of service. This will include calling on lost business, unsold quotes and monoline business for account rounding. This role is the face of our agency for existing customers as well as to agency prospects.
$45,000-$65,000 per year on average which is salary+ commission+ bonus opportunities
