Role Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust compliance with IRDAI regulations and managing regulatory reporting, audits, and internal governance in line with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable IRDAI regulations, circulars, and guidelines.

- Prepare and submit timely and accurate regulatory filings/returns.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and implement compliance actions.

- Support handling of regulatory inspections, audits, and related correspondence.

- Track regulatory updates and assess implications for the business.
