PPI, an independent arm of iA Financial, seeks a Policy Service Administrator to work in North York, Winnipeg, or St. John’s. This position requires two years of experience in policy service roles. You will manage policy file urgencies and provide essential updates to advisors from insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of policy files and their accuracy
• Provide timely updates on policy changes to advisors
• Handle inquiries from servicing advisors and carriers
• Process changes adhering to PPI guidelines
