Position Overview
The role of Insurance Officer
will include:Handling claims under any of the company's insurance portfolio which includes and is not limited to, legal liability, property and motor claimsProviding accurate and reliable advice to internal staff on insurance cover, civil and general claims and insurance related topicsMaintaining effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, including brokers, insurance providers, loss adjusters and solicitorsAssisting with production of high quality management information on service levels, claims, insurance policy cover and market trends to assist target setting, risk management, performance monitoring and implementation of improvementsDeveloping and maintaining sufficient knowledge of current legislation, best practice, policies and procedures to enable support of high quality insurance service provisions Skills and experiences:
