KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Instructional Design & Content Development Design and develop complex, high-quality instructional materials. Collaborate with SMEs to gather and structure course content. Develop scripts, storyboards, practice exercises, video/audio scripts, assessments, participant guides, and facilitator guides. Create and update print-based and interactive web-based training content. Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, animations, videos, and interactive components into training materials. Develop content for both operational training and marketing purposes.

2. Learning Technology & LMS Management Troubleshoot technical delivery issues across multiple platforms and devices (SCORM, LMS, Tin Can/xAPI, web delivery). Provide technical and operational support for the learning platform. Support LMS operation and maintenance. Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation management.
