Your New Role
As an Instructional Designer, you will work directly with our clients and the Change Management team to deliver high quality outcomes. Each engagement is different, but typically an Instructional Designer is expected to operate independently (autonomously) on a project with responsibilities that include:
- Taking briefs from clients with the ability to provide direction about our structured learning services
- Analyzing a client's business, specifically looking at audience needs (current capabilities and learning gaps to meeting project outcomes)
- Engaging stakeholders and subject matter experts around learning requirements
- Leading the learning strategy and advising project and business leaders on learning approaches, capability uplift, and adoption risks across complex change initiatives
