Key Responsibilities
Prepare exterior surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and removing old paint Apply primers, paints, sealants, and protective coatings to outdoor building surfaces Mix and match paint colors according to project requirements Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment for painting applications Repair minor surface defects such as cracks, holes, or uneven surfaces before painting Erect and work safely on scaffolding, ladders, and elevated platforms Protect surrounding areas from paint splashes and damage Inspect completed work to ensure quality finish and compliance with project standards Maintain painting tools, materials, and equipment properly Follow workplace safety regulations and use protective equipment at all times Requirements
