Literacy Aotearoa is looking for an experienced Kaiako to deliver an engaging Employment Pathways programme in Manukau, New Zealand. This role focuses on supporting rangatahi to build confidence and develop work-readiness skills for successful transitions into employment or further education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of culturally responsive teaching and a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes, particularly for Māori and Pacific communities.
