Our client is a one of the leading freight forwarding & logistics company
Responsibilities:
Follow up with overseas / network agents
Work on quotations with network agents, overseas offices and agents regarding their rate enquiries
File rates with Carriers
Provide support for inside sales SOC centres
File rates and provide assistance for SOC centres if required
Cold call new accounts / clients
Visit customers when required
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Levels / Nitec in any disciplines.
Has at least 2 years inside sales support / customer service related experience in freight forwarding operations
Other Information:
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
Location: Near Labrador Park MRT
