The Inside Sales Representative – Client Solutions drives revenue growth within an existing client base by developing strong relationships, leveraging referrals from internal partners, and identifying opportunities to sell and expand HCM products and services for clients in the 20+ employee segment. This role owns the full sales cycle—from proactive outreach and needs discovery to solution presentation and closing—while acting as a trusted advisor to deepen client partnerships and increase overall value. Work in-person at the sales hub 5x per week.
