Position Overview
You will report to the Asia Sales Manager-HBK Audio.
Work Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Daily PO maintenance and order handling;Assisting with Sales on quotation preparing and related documentation;Cooperating with Global Program Coordinator and Relationship Manager to process the PO and demand communication;Coordinating with Sales on after sales activities, like calibration, repairing, warranty, etc;Maintaining the Key Account sourcing and purchasing contact relationship and PO following;Operating the HBK system, like Exiger, SAP, Salesforce, etc;Consolidating the PO and opportunities information and monthly sharing with HQ.Coordinating Sales contracts for PO’s with customersCoordinating End user statements for PO’s with customersDelivering information for import handling for Key Account’s CMs (and other customers) in ChinaAcquiring Proof of Delivery notices on...
