Position Overview
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Source new sales opportunities or secure customer visits through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales person for further development and closure
- Maintain and expand database for tele-marketing
- Telephone sales to follow up with proposals
- Working very closely with sales person to build pipeline and close deals
- CRM data management
- Achieve monthly KPI
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Arranging and coordination of appointments
- Issuance of official quotation
- Sales Administration
- Report Analysis
- Assistance with mail correspondence
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Liaising with customers via phone, emails or face to face meetings
