+ Manage quoting, order entry, follow-up, and customer documentation

+ Coordinate customer requirements across internal departments

+ Support order tracking, reporting, and CRM updates

+ Build strong customer relationships and support business development activities

+ Identify workflow improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
