Inside Merchant Growth Specialist
The Inside Merchant Growth Specialist (IMGS) drives same-store sales growth by managing remote merchant relationships, coaching utilization, and maintaining consistent outbound engagement. Success is measured by increased funding activity and predictable portfolio performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Grow funded volume within assigned merchant portfolio (minimum $25K MoM)Increase merchant utilization, reactivation, and retentionBuild and maintain strong relationships with merchant partnersProactively identify and address performance or engagement gapsCoach merchants on sales strategies to increase financing adoptionMonitor trends and intervene to sustain production growthExecute 65–75 daily outbound calls to drive engagementMaintain accurate CRM tracking and manage a prioritiz...
