Job Summary

TheInorganicExpansionDirectoris responsible forhelpingdeliver the targets of theInorganicAgency Leadersunder the Distribution Expansion Department. 

Reporting to the InorganicGrowthHead, the InorganicExpansionDirectoris responsibleinstrategizing,drafting an offerplan, under the InorganicExpansion Segmentfor industry and non- industrycandidatesin order toachieve the programobjectivesand KPIs of the segment. This includesworking with the InorganicGrowth Headin theconceptualization, design of offers and packages to candidates, as well astraining and meeting facilitation, design, analysis and evaluation, performance management, report generation, database management, project management, and collaboration with various teams within the companyegthe sales management team,Distribution Expansionteam, and other departments.
