- Having 2 years of experience as a maintenance Technician in plastic injection machines.
- Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or similar – Intermediate and above
- Machine safety knowledge.
- Continuous improvement.
- Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach)
- Process thinking
- Problem Solving
- Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
- Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
- Can communicate in English.
