This 11-month role within the Legal Services Department includes rotations through multiple legal teams, allowing you to gain critical insight into various operational areas. Your work will be essential in delivering legal compliance and safeguarding the organization’s interests in public infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform legal research and draft legal opinions
• Shadow counsel and attend important legal meetings
• Help update and consolidate legal documentation
• Support governance-related analyses and policy evaluations
• Draft and review infrastructure lending agreements
Requirements:
• Graduate with LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized Canadian law school
