IDS-INDATA is seeking a Level 1 Infrastructure NOC Engineer to join our Service Operations team. This is an entry-level role suited to graduates or early-career candidates looking to build a career in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity. The role involves monitoring customer environments, responding to alerts, logging and managing incidents, and performing initial troubleshooting across network, server, and cloud platforms.
