Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to all staff (hardware, software, printer, email, and system issues). Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and professional manner. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and software licenses. Provide general IT assistance to staffs and stakeholders.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux servers (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS). Managing system performance, security patches, and backups. Monitoring servers, networks, and system availability. Troubleshooting server-related issues. Supporting system deployment and upgrades. Managing user access and permissions.
