We're looking for an Infrastructure Delivery Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode .

In this role, you will lead and oversee the delivery of cloud transformation programs within the financial services sector, primarily in Geneva and the Swiss‑Romandie region. We need someone with a strong infrastructure and cloud engineering background who understands technical delivery and can hold both internal teams and external partners accountable.

The ideal candidate has experience leading Azure and M365 migration programs in regulated financial services, brings a forward‑thinking mindset around AI‑driven automation and operational transformation and is equally comfortable in design workshops and steering committees.
