As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensuring operational stability. Your day-to-day activities will include creating and implementing Requests for Change and updating knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Active Directory is required.
