Duties Description The New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) provides operational support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, supporting more than 4,900 applications for 53 New York State Agencies.

Under the direction of the Information Technology Specialist 4 within the Chief Technology Office, Shared Platform Services, Shared Services, the Information Technology Specialist 3 will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
• Administer and support Efax platform ensuring reliable system performance and availability.
• Manage Opcon job scheduling environment and provide support to Production Control.
• Performing routine system checks, updates and maintenance on both Efax and Opcon systems.
