JOB PURPOSE

To be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the WISE System as Employment Service PERKESO Profiling platform, while providing data analytics and business intelligence solutions to support informed decision-making and the organization's digital transformation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Development

• Develop new modules within the WISE System based on user and business requirements.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing system functionality.
• Design, develop, and integrate databases to support system operations.
• Perform system testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and bug fixing.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user manuals.
