Key Responsibilities

Requirements are as below

- Experience: 3–5 years in network troubleshooting and support.
- Strong knowledge of Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco devices.
- Proficiency in Linux administration and command-line troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Wireshark or similar packet analysis tools.
- Excellent customer handling skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Open-shift Administrator

Preferred Attributes

- Industry certifications such as CCNA, PCNSE, NSE are a plus.
- Experience in handling escalations and incident management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
