Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Help develop annual operating budget; optimize and track related spend. Support in developing business cases for key infrastructure upgrades.Develop and maintain Infrastructure related Standards, Procedures, and Policies.Manage and execute IT Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity plans and actions.Manage enterprise 7x24 operational support model and proactively work to identify and resolve systemic issues and Initiate root cause corrective action process and drive improvements to infrastructure services and support.Manage IT infrastructure deliverables related to Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture.
