Job Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will lead data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that drive organizational efficiency and governance. Your expertise will support enterprise-wide IT integration efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making and cost optimization.
Responsibilities:
Define, develop, and enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities. Build and maintain metrics dashboards and analytical tools. Utilize the full MS365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, etc.) to create collaborative and analytical mechanisms. Integrate diverse data sets and SharePoint sites across departments to ensure seamless data flow. Lead assigned IT Integration Office initiatives, ensuring effective management and execution. Translate strategic directives into detailed action plans and process definitions.
