The Opportunity
A senior opportunity within a highly regarded IR team that sits within an established and well-supported People & Culture function. This role provides strategic advice, guidance, and support on industrial and workplace relations matters that affect the business at an organisational, business line or workforce level, rather than at an individual level.
The Industrial Relations Partner will advise across a broad range of IR matters, identify and manage employment-related risk, and provide specialist support on significant transactions including enterprise bargaining, employment compliance, business acquisitions and major workforce change.
