Our client, is an Energy Services company, is looking for an Industrial Engineer IV for their Jackson, MI location.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to partner with SMEs to review current processes performance based on defined gaps and exceptions; review and develop standards, procedures, and work instructions; conduct time studies and variability analyses; define current key process and control measures (metrics); identify waste and error-proof processes; define future state processes, KPI, and standardized work; determine and optimize unit costs; utilize technology and automation to optimize processes; and perform data capture/ analysis for key measures.
