We are working with a leading global organization based in Mumbai, India, which is looking for an India Payroll Head to lead end-to-end payroll operations. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across payroll and statutory functions, while managing a high-performing team.

Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete India payroll lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy, timely disbursements, and operational excellence for a large workforce.
Oversee all India-specific statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and gratuity, while aligning with local labor laws.
Execute and master India payroll operations as the primary focus, though familiarity with global payroll frameworks is preferred to align with the global structure.
