Hays is recruiting an experienced Independent Domestic Violence Adviser (IDVA) to join a specialist domestic abuse service supporting individuals and families across the North West. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide trauma-informed, survivor-centred support while also helping to strengthen professional responses to domestic abuse through training and awareness-raising.
Your New Role This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering survivors, confident in multi-agency working, and experienced in managing sensitive, high-risk caseloads.
