Key Responsibilities / Core Competencies: · IEP Development & Implementation: Design, write, and execute high-quality, measurable SMART IEPs and student learning plans tailored to individual student needs. · Curriculum Adaptation: Effectively modify and adapt general education curriculum to support diverse learning styles and exceptionalities across grades K-12. · Collaborative Teamwork: Function as an active, supportive member of the educational team.
