A leading company based on the city fringe is seeking an Inbound Collections Officer to join their busy and supportive team for a 12-month contract. This role suits someone with a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to balance customer service with effective collections.

Following training, the role offers hybrid flexibility — 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
