Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Responsible for providing quality training, Theory and Practical: Distribution methodology (Depth & Width of distribution) Product demonstrations to maximize business in a retail environment Training delivery on Products, Processes and Systems of Telecome sales process and latest sales, retail industry , Telecome Idustry , techniques & methodologies Facilitate Classroom Training's & Extend Support to new hire for various roles Importance of hygiene, grooming & positive body language To demonstrate products to customers and help customers choose right products Understanding of business and productivity targets and measures to achieve the same To resolve customer concerns and improve customer relationship. Work in a collaboration with Team to achieve the goal.
