You will be based in one of our store and be part of the Clienteling Team of the Benelux & Nordics region, where you will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton retail world.
You will provide operational support to your store and will gain a deep insight of our network.
You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small & dynamic and multitask team.
Missions
Some tasks and projects you will be involved in:
- Working on client lists based on relevant tasks/ events,
- Management of time slots for client appointments,
- Contact with clients following satisfaction survey results,
- Following up with clients’ birthdays/events,
- 1-1 follow-up with Client Advisors regarding client development,
- Support in organizing in-store events,
- Assisting in administrative tasks related to Clienteling / events,
- Database Management and Administrative tasks: Reporting...
