Responsibilities

• Draft review and manage legal documents to support banking operations

• Serve as company secretary.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Represent the institution in legal proceedings

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in law (LLB), postgraduate legal qualifications will be an advantage

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of post qualification experience in a legal role, preferably within the financial services industry. Experience as an in-house counsel will be an added advantage

• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian banking regulations and policies
