Position Overview

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customer accounts.

  • Support customers’ day‑to‑day logistics and supply chain operations in accordance with SOPs.

  • Coordinate internally with origin offices, hubs, vendors, brokers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth execution.

  • Manage shipment bookings, routing, and operational approvals (air/ocean/factory loads).

  • Handle shipment exceptions, delays, and non‑compliance, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for service failures and drive corrective actions.

  • Monitor and verify SLA performance and shipment timelines.

  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers on shipment status and risks.
