True North Kitchen & Bath is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with pre-qualified leads and sell bath remodeling solutions. This is a high-income outside sales role with no cold calling and uncapped commission potential.
What You’ll Do

+ Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations

+ Present bath remodeling solutions using an iPad

+ Design and quote customized projects

+ Close sales on the spot

+ Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience

What We’re Looking For

+ In-home sales or outside sales experience preferred

+ Home improvement or remodeling sales is a plus

+ Strong closing and communication skills
