Job Description

Reporting to the base manager, the In‑flight Service Supervisor plays a key role with cabin crew (CC). The incumbent mobilizes, informs and supervises all crew members on a daily basis, promoting a professional and pleasant work environment while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. At the heart of operations, the incumbent supports teams, detects issues and irregularities related to in‑flight service operations, and proposes forward‑looking solutions that account for the crew’s reality.

The responsibilities of the In‑flight Service Supervisor fall into two main areas.

Operational Duties

• Conduct regular and ad‑hoc operational visits to validate compliance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations, workplace safety standards and the company’s service standards; checks may take place at checkpoints or in flight as an active crew member.
