**Position Summary:**

The Amendment Agent is responsible for processing unmanifested and overage shipments to ensure timely clearance through U.S. Customs and smooth movement within the DHL network. This role works closely with internal DHL stations and customs officials to resolve shipment delays, obtain freight releases, and maintain accurate shipment tracking and entry processing within DHL systems.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Process inbound and outbound freight for U.S. Customs clearance in accordance with DHL and regulatory requirements.
+ Review and process overage and unmanifested shipments accurately and efficiently.
+ Coordinate with customs officials and internal departments to resolve clearance delays and secure shipment release.
