Objectives of the Position:
Ensure effective execution of inbound and outbound transportation (Import & Export) including documentation and system (SAP TM) processes
Maintain accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Drive timely issue resolution, escalation, and continuous improvement across logistics operations
Support monitoring of service provider performance against defined KPIs
Main Tasks:
1. Operations Management
Manage end-to-end Import & Export shipment processes (Air, LCL, FCL, ISO, tanker, parcel tanker)
Coordinate shipment arrangements with LLP, LSP, warehouse, PPC, and stakeholders
Prepare and validate shipping documentation and ensure proper system updates (SAP TM)
Handle MDB block release and shipment readiness validation
Troubleshoot system or operational issues impacting shipment execution
2. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and manage operational reports including:
