Manage end-to-end import and export processes, including shipment planning, booking, and delivery coordination.

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient shipment handling.

Prepare, review, and submit Malaysian Customs declaration forms, including:

• K3 – Duty exemption / Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) transactions
• K8 – Bonded warehouse declarations
• K9 – Movement of goods under customs control (e.g., transshipment, port-to-warehouse transfer)

Ensure accurate declaration of HS Code, customs value (CIF/FOB), duties, and SST.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations and international trade laws.

Operate and submit declarations via uCustoms system Malaysia.
