Implementation Specialists at TPP are responsible for guiding new customers through the planning and management of the implementation of our SystmOne software. The role includes overseeing projects from start to finish across the UK and internationally. You may work on a Mental Health Trust in the UK one week and optimise data migration for a family doctor in China the next. You will deliver safe and successful migrations for patient populations ranging into the tens of thousands, working closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle. If you have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, you will be given responsibility early and can collaborate across finance, HR, recruitment and other departments.
