JOB TITLE: Implementation Manager

PURPOSE: To lead the end-to-end implementation of an AI-powered workforce suite across large, shift‑based organizations, primarily within healthcare. The role is accountable for delivery excellence, executive stakeholder leadership, successful system integration and go‑live outcomes that transition clients from manual scheduling processes to data‑driven workforce optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end‑to‑end SaaS implementations from discovery to go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Configure core modules: Predictive AI Demand Planning, Smart AI Scheduling, Mobile Self‑Service tools.
