Responsibilities:
Own and manage the client integration and onboarding processGuide the client tech team through the integration processPlan and consult the client marketing team on use cases and solutioningCoordinate between internal cross-functional teamsEnsure continuity between Sales and Customer SuccessReduce “Time to Revenue Recognition” and provide customers with a fast and effective onboarding experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in Implementation Project Management skills with an organized approachDocumentation of Integration Processes and Best PracticesGood technical knowledge to help clients make appropriate customizationsExperience and understanding of Rest APIsExperience in working on integrations with Android/iOS/other app platformsExposure to Mobile App Technologies is a plus
