Implementation Delivery Management Support

In this job you will:

• Implementation and delivery of Amadeus products and solutions in customer environment to ensure customer satisfaction and to create long‑term customer relations.
• Support new / existing customers in the integration and usage of Amadeus products or solutions.
• Support the definition of the sales‑to‑delivery process for recurring standard implementations of products.
• Define, manage and drive plans for customer implementations of specific Amadeus standard products or solutions according to commercial proposal, following quality standard and process.
• Support and maintain existing customers on post‑implementation delivering services, managing data system, investigating and solving incidents, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction, following quality standard, process and committed timeline.
