Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Immigration Lawyer to join our team. This will be on a FREELANCE basis.

Idóneo candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, with specific expertise in a range of visa categories and pathways to citizenship by residence. This role involves providing strategic legal counsel to clients, preparing and reviewing documentation, and representing clients in administrative proceedings as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on immigration options, including work, student, family reunification, investment, and digital nomad visas.
• Assist with the full application process for temporary and long-term residency permits.
