Position Overview
Main Job duties & Responsibilities - Conduct daily data entry
- Answer & directs phone calls
- Respond to email and WhatsApp inquiries
- Liaise with clients
- Handle client accounts
- To operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process customer’s orders for timely and accurate fulfilment
- Evaluate all complete orders to maintain accurate inventory system
- To conduct accurate data entry, for incoming & outgoing stock
- Ensure proper records of client transactions for accurate billing
- Conduct billing for customers
- Scanning & filing of documents
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- To highlight to supervisor on any problems encountered in the course of their duties
- Comply with company policies and guidelines
