JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Supervision Responsibilities
Lead and direct I/E Technicians by scheduling of assignments, monitoring progress, providing direction, guidance and coaching. Ensuring delivered assignments are completed safely, timely, and correctly.Ensure all paperwork is completed on time and is correct.Ensure I/E personnel are trained in, and continually follow all of Targa’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to, Safety & Environmental policies, Targa’s Code of Conduct, Human Resources Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Vehicle Maintenance Procedures etc.Attend, participate, and lead Safety meetings and ensure all I/E employees attend and participate in all Safety meetings, recognize positive Safety behavior.Lead Safety tailgate meetings to set goals and priorities and address any concerns.Ensure all Safety training of subordinates is completed in a ...
